Here are some tips to help you choose the right size. If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler.
Chest - Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body (without a shirt is best), crossing over the fullest part of your chest.
Sleeves - With your arm bent at 90 degrees, place your hand on your hip. Measure from the back of your neck to your shoulder, elbow, and wrist.
*** If you can not measure your body by yourself, just take a top you already own, and lay it flat, measuring it and compare to the size chart.
Use the chart below to determine your size based on your measurements. If you’re on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
